General no-refund rule
Purchases of digital credit packs are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been added to an account or any part of the pack has been used. A change of mind, unused study time, examination result, dissatisfaction with a generated question or failure to cancel an intended purchase does not normally create a refund right.
Limited exceptions
MockTestr will review a refund or payment correction only where required by applicable law or where evidence shows a duplicate charge, an unauthorised transaction reported promptly, a payment captured without the purchased credits being supplied after reasonable technical remediation, or another clear billing error caused by MockTestr.
Failed paper generation
If a paper generation attempt fails before delivery, the normal remedy is automatic restoration of the reserved credits, not a cash refund. Support can investigate using the attempt ID.
Question-quality concerns
AI-generated practice can contain errors. Report a questionable item with the attempt and question number. MockTestr may correct the item, restore affected credits or provide replacement practice at its discretion, but a single disputed question does not automatically make an entire credit purchase refundable.
How to request a review
Email care@mocktestr.com within seven days of the payment with the registered email, order ID, amount, date and reason. Never send full card details, a password or OTP. MockTestr may request additional evidence and will respond after payment-provider and account checks.
Chargebacks and abuse
Users should contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent disputes, self-referral, repeated account creation or abuse of coupons may result in suspended credits or accounts. This does not restrict a user’s lawful payment-provider or consumer rights.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where consumer law requires a refund, cooling-off right or other remedy, that law prevails.
This launch document is a practical product policy, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Before accepting live payments or processing children’s information, the business should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review.
