Agreement to these terms
By visiting, registering for or using MockTestr, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Refund and Cookie policies. A parent, guardian or authorised school representative must accept where required for a minor.
Eligibility and account roles
Users must provide accurate information and use the correct role. One login may contain linked parent and student profiles, but each view has separate permissions. Educator, school and coaching accounts must be used only by authorised people.
Account security
Users are responsible for protecting passwords and OTPs, keeping contact information current and reporting unauthorised access. Accounts may not be sold, shared publicly or created through automated means.
Tests, papers and AI content
MockTestr provides test navigation, original demo practice, AI-generated mock papers, scoring and related tools. Board names describe the selected curriculum context; MockTestr is not issued, approved or endorsed by an education board unless a separate written statement says otherwise. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Written-answer scoring is provisional.
Academic honesty and permitted use
The service is for lawful learning, teaching and assessment preparation. Users must not use MockTestr to cheat in a live examination, impersonate another person, harass users, upload harmful code, scrape or resell content, bypass security, probe private systems or create misleading school or partner claims.
Credits, pricing and payments
Mock-paper generation may require credits. Prices, taxes, credits and discounts are shown before checkout. Razorpay or Stripe may process payments under their own terms. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless MockTestr expressly enables it and may expire only if an expiry is clearly disclosed at purchase.
Coupons and referrals
Influencer, seasonal, exit-intent and referral offers are subject to eligibility, time limits and one-time-use rules. Offers do not stack unless the checkout expressly says they do. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, payment reversal, fraud or abuse may cancel a discount or reward.
School and coaching-centre use
Organisation access requires onboarding or a separate agreement. The organisation must have authority to provide learner information, manage accounts and assign work. It must not publish a learner’s information or use MockTestr results as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.
Ownership and third-party material
MockTestr branding, code, original questions, explanations and interface materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Users retain ownership of their own lawful submissions but grant MockTestr the limited rights needed to operate, secure and support the service. Third-party curriculum names and official documents remain owned by their respective organisations.
Availability and changes
MockTestr may add, change, suspend or retire features, test profiles, prices or offers. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid credit balances and provide notice of material changes where practical.
Suspension and termination
MockTestr may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten security, misuse referrals, infringe rights or create legal risk. Users may request account closure. Certain payment, security and legal records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
MockTestr is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular examination result, uninterrupted availability, exact board alignment or error-free AI output. Learners should use official school materials and teacher guidance for important examinations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockTestr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum should match the business’s registered location and customer market. Before live launch, SysFirms Consultancy Services should obtain legal advice and insert the correct jurisdiction, consumer-grievance and dispute-resolution details.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to care@mocktestr.com.
This launch document is a practical product policy, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Before accepting live payments or processing children’s information, the business should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review.
