How many tests are available each week?+
Each included subject has its own 12, 24 or 48 exam allowance, depending on package duration.
Can a subject be purchased before its content is ready?+
No. Checkout remains blocked until the matching production question bank is approved and student-active.
Does UGC NET use board-paper credits?+
No. It uses a separate duration and total-test entitlement.
Which durations can Admin publish?+
The supported duration options are 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.
When does access end?+
The package ends at expiry; each configured UGC NET subject stops independently when its balance reaches zero.
How does payment approval work?+
The gateway webhook verifies payment, after which Admin approves or rejects the pending order with an audited reason.
Can a student purchase another subject?+
No separate subject product is sold. One UGC NET package contains the configured subject bundle, with a balance for each subject.
Can a matching plan be renewed early?+
Yes. The renewal is queued by default so its quota starts after the current matching entitlement ends.
Are answers visible before submission?+
No. Private answers stay protected in the Exam Engine until the approved review stage.
Why are some subjects not listed for sale?+
A subject remains unavailable until its syllabus, blueprint, question capacity and teacher approval are complete.
